Working in partnership with local authorities and The Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), our Community learning programmes provide focused support to help unemployed individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
The programmes are delivered by expert trainers and mentors - giving every learner the support they need to move forward and enter employment.
Our programmes run from three weeks to six months, depending on local needs and cover a range of subjects including: confidence building, IT skills, CV writing, anxiety management, personal resilience, job search skills, maths, literacy skills, and interview preparation and practice.
Small group sizes ensure that every learner receives the personal attention and support they deserve - helping them grow in confidence and develop new skills.
Good news stories from learners
"I'd like to thank you for the recent workshop you delivered. My teams have all come back to me full of praise for her enthusiasm and presentation methods. It was described to me as "banging", "the best course I’ve attended", "I thought I knew it all but realise I didn't."
